When are you looking to arrange your will?

Grant Assist service which includes:

  • Submitting, in your name, the application for the Grant to the Probate Registry
  • Sending you the Grant of Probate as soon as it’s been issued

 

It is ideal if:

  • The Will is simple or there is no Will

Our probate and estate administration service includes

  • Valuing all the assets (e.g. house & furniture, car, shares etc) and liabilities (mortgages, other debts etc) as at the date of death
  • Calculating and dealing with any Inheritance Tax due
  • Applying to the Probate Registry for the Grant of Probate
